Kyz (b. 2001) is a Swiss artist working across photography, painting, and installation. Turning to Art after completing a degree in Business and Economics, his practice looks at the structures and systems that govern contemporary life, with a particular focus on the global economy. In his evocative use of everyday materials set in relation to more literal graphs and statistics, Kyz’s work resonates with meaning that is at once specific and mutable, poetic and political.

 

Kyz is currently completing an MFA Fine Arts at Goldsmith University in London and has held his first solo exhibition in 2024 at Museum Engiadinais in Switzerland.
